My recent stay at Backpacker Top 10 was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing any concerns promptly, like fixing the internet in my room. The hostel was clean and had comfortable beds. The 24-hour reception was a plus, and the view from the 16th floor was nice.

The location of this hostel is superb, situated in the Barsha area by 2 towers in the Irise Towers. It is conveniently close to the metro and places of interest. The rooms have access to personal balconies with great views. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are beyond expectations. Housekeeping is regular, with laundry services available. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and there is a restaurant on-site. The hostel also offers a swimming pool and regular activities for guests.
The communication and management of the hostel could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel. The location was excellent, just half a kilometer from the metro station, with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. The hostel was very clean and well-maintained, with regular housekeeping services.
